An incredible combination of fruits and nuts in sour cream - it's incredibly delicious! Those with a sweet tooth will not remain indifferent to this cake. It can decorate any birthday or celebration.

- - 400 g sugar
- - 400 g sour cream (15-20 percent for the dough)
- - 300 g wheat flour
- - 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- - 4 tbsp. cocoa spoons
- - 800 g sour cream (25 percent for cream)
- - 300 g icing sugar
- - 300 g canned pineapple
- - 300 g canned peaches
- - 1 tbsp. walnuts
- - 200 g butter
- - 100 g milk chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk sour cream with eggs and sugar. Gradually add flour and stir in baking soda. Whisk the mixture thoroughly. The dough should be like for pancakes. Add cocoa to the dough. Stir.
Step 2
Put baking paper on the bottom of the form, pour the resulting dough on it. Grease the edges of the paper with vegetable oil. Place in the oven at 200 degrees, bake for about 40 minutes. Check the readiness of the biscuit with a toothpick.
Step 3
After the biscuit has cooled, cut it in half. One piece, the bottom layer of the cake, should be thin. Place the plate on top of the sponge cake and remove unnecessary cake rims.
Step 4
Cut the second part of the biscuit into pieces, add trimmings from the first part to them. Combine sour cream and icing sugar. Whisk with a blender until the sour cream becomes a cream. Divide the cream in two.
Step 5
Cut the fruit into pieces and chop the walnuts and mix everything with the cream. Send pieces of biscuit to the contents, mix.
Step 6
Pour the pineapple syrup on the bottom of the cake and add the filling. Put it in a small slide, top with sour cream and send the cake to the refrigerator.
