  • For biscuits:
  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 glass sour cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • For the cream:
  • 1 liter sour cream with a fat content of 30%
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 400 g canned pineapple
  • For glaze:
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Step 1

To prepare the dough, grind the eggs with granulated sugar.

Add sour cream and condensed milk. Whisk everything into a homogeneous mass.

Sift flour and add portionwise to the mixture.

Step 4

The consistency of the dough should resemble thick sour cream. Add baking powder to the dough.

Divide the dough into two and stir in cocoa into one part.

Bake the cakes at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

The finished cakes must be cooled.

For the cream, beat the sour cream with sugar until the sugar dissolves.

Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
