It is necessary

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onions and wash them. Cut into small pieces. Also clean the mushrooms from excess dirt and cut.

Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated pan and fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

When the mushrooms are half cooked, add the onions.

To taste, you can add pepper, salt and those seasonings that you usually add to such dishes. Everything must be fried until the onions acquire a golden color.

Pour enough water into a saucepan and put on fire. Wait for the water to boil and throw the vermicelli into it. The water can be salted to taste. Cook the noodles until tender. Please note that it should not be overcooked, otherwise the dish will lose its flavor.

When the pasta is cooked, fold it in a colander, then return it to the pot and add a little vegetable oil or butter. Mix everything.

Step 7

Add the mushrooms cooked at the very beginning to the finished noodles. The dish is ready.
