- - 750 g Philadelphia cheese
- - 250 g sugar
- - 180 ml 30% cream
- - 1 tsp. lemon zest
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the cookies into small crumbs using a blender.

Melt the butter. Pour it into a bowl with chopped cookies. Mix the resulting mass well.

Put the crumbs in a split form, tamp them with the bottom of a glass or with a spoon.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, a shortbread base for about 10 minutes. Leave to cool.

Put parchment in the mold.

Grind sugar into powder using a coffee grinder. Put the cream cheese in a large bowl and stir with a spoon with powdered sugar.

Begin to beat the resulting mass with a mixer at minimum speed.

Stir the mass thoroughly with a whisk, add 3 eggs one by one.

You can add lemon zest if desired, mix everything.

Add the cream and whisk the mixture again. The cream should be smooth and smooth. Pour the cream onto a sand base, tamped into a mold. Smooth the surface of the cream with a spatula.
