  • Base ingredients:
  • - 250 g of crackers;
  • - half a glass of sugar;
  • - 8 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
  • - 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • Ingredients for the filling:
  • - 300 g cherries;
  • - 1/4 cup sugar;
  • - half a glass of water;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch.
  • Ingredients for the cream:
  • - 240 g of Philadelphia cheese;
  • - 5 eggs;
  • - 3/4 cup sugar;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • - 1 teaspoon of orange and lemon zest;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Instructions

Step 1

Grind crackers into crumbs, mix with butter, salt.

Step 2

Put the mixture into a mold, tamp it with your hands, spreading it along the bottom and walls, put it in the freezer while making the cream for dessert.

Put the oven to preheat to 270 degrees.

Use a mixer to combine flour, cream cheese, zest and sugar.

Drive eggs one by one into the cream, add vanilla, stir at low speed.
