Soak gelatin in water for 20 minutes, then prepare a sand base. To do this, turn the cookies into crumbs in one of three ways: twist them through a meat grinder, in a blender, or with a rolling pin.

Melt the butter over low heat, pour it into the cookie crumbs and stir.

Place plastic wrap on the bottom and sides of the container. Place the cookie dough here, tamp it down with your palm or a tablespoon. Put the container in the refrigerator for 35-40 minutes.

It's time to make a delicate cream. Start this fun process by pouring 50 g of cream into the curd, add sugar and mix thoroughly.

Whisk in the cream. The foam should be so dense that when the container of cream is turned upside down, it will not drip down.

Melt the gelatin over low heat, not boiling. Pour it into cottage cheese, add vanilla sugar. Beat the mixture in a blender or mixer, then add the frothy cream to it. Stir the delicate curd cream gently, then place on a sand base.

Decorate the surface with fresh or frozen berries and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. After this time, carefully remove the cheesecake from the mold, transfer it to a dish. Now you can taste the dessert that melts in your mouth and treat your friends and family to it!
