For the cake in the simplest version, we take a cookie (the simplest is "Jubilee") 150-200 g, grind in a blender, mix with melted butter or margarine. The less high-calorie cookies, the fewer calories there will be in the final product. You can make a base of oatmeal cheesecake, but these cakes usually require baking. Put the mixture of cookies and butter in a mold and send it to the refrigerator to freeze the butter.

Cooking gelatin. For 450-500 grams of cottage cheese, 1-1.5 tablespoons of gelatin will be needed. Soak in warm cream (or milk) and wait for the gelatin to swell. You can heat it over the lowest heat - this will speed up the process, but you cannot bring it to a boil. When the gelatin is ready, turn off the stove and leave it on the hot burner.

Mix cottage cheese with a spoonful of honey, you can add a little sweetener, beat well with a blender to get a homogeneous mass. We introduce gelatin with cream, mix thoroughly and pour into a mold. We send the cheesecake to the refrigerator overnight to freeze the gelatin.

Chocolate cheesecake

You can use chocolate chip cookies as a base for this cheesecake, or simply add melted chocolate or cocoa. Better, of course, chocolate, but the calorie content will automatically increase, this must be understood. Cocoa or chocolate can also be added to the curd. If you want to add a spicy touch, add some ready-made coffee. But in this case, you need a little more sweetener so that it does not taste bitter.

Banana and strawberry cheesecake

Both individually and together, these products are simply delicious. To add them to a cheesecake, you must first make a puree. The easiest way is with a blender. You can send larger pieces to the filling of the pie, but then juice may be released (especially in the case of strawberries), and the banana may simply darken. Cooking mashed potatoes, you can sweeten it a little and add a spoonful of lemon juice. We mix mashed potatoes with cottage cheese and cream with gelatin, pour, put in the cold.

Both strawberry and banana cheesecakes can be made with a chocolate base and sprinkled with grated chocolate on top for a very delicate combination.

Lemon cheesecake
