It is necessary

- - 230 gr. flour;
- - 110 gr. butter;
- - a teaspoon of baking powder;
- - a spoonful of cocoa;
- - 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- - 2 spoons of milk.
- For filling:
- - 500 gr. curd cheese
- - 2 eggs;
- - 150 gr. icing sugar;
- - a spoonful of cornstarch;
- - a spoonful of vanilla sugar (or a teaspoon of vanilla extract);
- - a spoonful of lemon zest.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the base.
Step 2
Knead a homogeneous dough and put it in the refrigerator for an hour (or in the freezer for 30 minutes).
Step 3
In another bowl, combine the ingredients for the filling (except for proteins) and mix them thoroughly.
Step 4
Beat the whites separately until thick foam and gently mix them into the cream.
Step 5
We take the dough out of the refrigerator (freezer) and divide it into 2 parts. We rub the dough on a coarse grater. We put half in a mold, greased in advance with oil and sprinkled with flour.
Step 6
We spread the cream over the base and level it.
Step 7
Sprinkle evenly with the second half of the grated dough.
Step 8
We send it to the oven (175C) for 40-45 minutes.
