It is necessary

  • - 0.5 kg of sugar;
  • - 125 g flour;
  • - 250 g of low-fat milk;
  • - 60 g butter;
  • - a pinch of vanillin;
  • - 80% chocolate - for glaze.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the milk - make sure that it does not burn, otherwise the sticks will have an unpleasant aftertaste. Add sugar to it so that it completely dissolves, carefully stirring the sweet milk, gradually pour all the flour into it and boil everything together for another 2 minutes.

Step 2

Then add butter and vanillin. Cool the resulting thick dough and roll it into small sausages, about 8 cm long and 5 cm in diameter.

Put a baking sheet on a baking sheet, and on it - the resulting sausages and place in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, you must constantly monitor so that they do not burn.

Then remove the sausages from the oven and cool to room temperature.

Heat the chocolate in a water bath, cool and dip each cooled sausage into it. Put everything on a large platter and place in the freezer for 2 minutes.
