  • - 20 g of icing sugar;
  • - 100 g of fresh berries;
  • - salt to taste.

Step 1

Take a small, clean cup with high rims and a sieve with a medium wire rack. Place the strainer on top of the cup so that it fits snugly. Take fresh curd. It is important that the curd should not be frozen. Place small portions of cottage cheese on top of a sieve with a tablespoon and wipe gently with a fork. Try to knead all the lumps. When all the curd is in the cup, mash it again with a fork. The cottage cheese should look like a dryish cream or sour cream.
