Cottage cheese is a very healthy dairy product. It contains a large amount of proteins, amino acids, fats, calcium and many other important elements necessary for the body to function normally. Therefore, you should try to use it as often as possible. For example, you can make a fragrant cake or curd roll for breakfast.
Cottage cheese pie with pears and apples
To prepare this delicious and delicate breakfast dessert, you will need:
- cottage cheese - 250 grams;
- vegetable oil - 5 tablespoons;
- milk - 5 tablespoons;
- sugar for dough - 3 tablespoons;
- salt - a pinch;
- flour - 300 grams;
- baking soda - 1 teaspoon;
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- pears - 3 fruits;
- apples - 2 fruits;
- sugar for the filling - 2 tablespoons.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add milk, vegetable oil, sugar and vanilla sugar and salt to it. Stir all ingredients.
Sift flour, add soda and curd paste to it, knead the dough for the pie. Powder the table with flour and roll out the dough on it into a layer with a thickness of half a centimeter. Lightly oil the baking sheet and place the curd layer on it, trim the edges by cutting off any irregularities.
Rinse pears and apples, wipe and cut out the cores with seeds. Cut the flesh into beautiful wedges and place on the dough in paths. Sprinkle sugar on top of the fruit slices.
Bake the pie for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 ° C, placing it in a preheated oven. It should be browned underneath. The finished cake can be garnished with mint leaves and served for breakfast with tea or cocoa.
Lavash rolls
You can quickly and tasty make rolls with curd filling for breakfast. To prepare them you will need:
- thin pita bread - 2 pieces;
- cottage cheese - 200 grams;
- dill - 1 bunch;
- egg - 1 piece;
- salt;
- sour cream - 1 tablespoon;
- vegetable oil - 50 ml.
For curd rolls, it is best to use ready-made thin pita bread. In this case, it will take you very little time to prepare breakfast. You only need to prepare the filling and then fry the rolls in a pan.
For the filling, mash the curd with a fork, chop the dill finely, add to the curd mass and salt everything. Beat the egg into the mass and stir the filling until smooth.
Unfold a sheet of pita bread and coat it with sour cream, then put the filling of cottage cheese and dill on one edge and roll the pita bread into a roll. Cut it into 4 pieces and fry each in vegetable oil on both sides. Cover the pan with a lid, so the pita will absorb more moisture and become softer, and the oil will not splatter when frying.
Vertuta with cottage cheese
The same recipe can be used to make curd twirls. It differs from the previous one in that you will have to put the rolled pita bread in a deep oiled frying pan, wrapping it with a snail. The second pita bread can be laid out, continuing to spirally wrap around the first. Then pour over the vertuta with a mixture of eggs and milk. To fill you need:
- raw eggs - 3 pieces;
- sour cream - 3 tablespoons.
The dish is baked for 45 minutes. After baking, do not rush to immediately take out the vertuutu. Let it cool in the oven, then the baking will soften a little, it will be easier to cut it to remove it from the mold.
