  • - Cocoa 3 tablespoons
  • - Butter 60 g
  • - Flour 70 g
  • - Eggs 4 pcs.
  • - Sugar 200 g
  • - Baking powder 1 tsp.
  • - Curd 400 g
  • - Starch 2 tablespoons
  • - Raspberries (or any other berry) 200 g

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare the dough, you need to melt the butter either on the stove or in the microwave.

Step 2

Add 100 g of sugar and 3 tbsp of cocoa to the melted butter. To stir thoroughly.

Step 3

Using a mixer or blender, beat 2 eggs until fluffy. Whisk together the beaten eggs with the resulting chocolate mass.

Step 4

Sift the flour through a sieve and add it to the dough. Mix. Add baking powder.

Step 5

Lubricate the bottom and sides of the mold with oil. Spread the chocolate dough evenly. You can also place baking paper on the bottom so that you can easily remove the cake later.

Step 6

For the filling, you need to wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve or pass it through a meat grinder. Stir it with sugar, starch and eggs, previously beaten into a fluffy foam.

Step 7

Spread the filling evenly on top of the dough, and garnish with raspberries (or others) on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
