Cheesecake is one of the most popular and favorite desserts not only in native America, but also in many other countries. It has several recipes, but the simplest one is made from cookies, fruits and tender cream.
It is necessary
- - 10 pieces. savoyardi cookies;
- - 350 g of fresh raspberries;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sweet curd mass;
- - 10 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 limes;
- - 2 glasses of Madeira.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour Madeira into a saucepan, squeeze two limes into it and add sugar. Put on low heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 2
Remove the syrup from heat and cool slightly. Then soak the cookies in it, dropping one piece at a time for half a minute. Save one cookie to decorate the dessert.
Step 3
Prepare a cream by mixing sour cream with curd mass. Place the biscuits on the bottom of the glass dish, then some cream, fresh raspberries and the remaining cream.
Step 4
Sprinkle the cheesecake with cookie crumbs and garnish with fresh berries. Refrigerate for an hour to soak.
