It is necessary

    • 1/2 kg of minced beef;
    • 1/2 head of cabbage;
    • 1 medium carrot;
    • 1 medium onion;
    • 2 tomatoes;
    • 1/2 long grain rice;
    • 150 g sour cream;
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • cilantro and dill;
    • Bay leaf;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste;
    • basil.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a medium-sized head of cabbage, pour over it several times with cold water, cut it in half. Remove half, and cut the other half into cubes measuring five by five centimeters. Peel the carrots and cut into smaller cabbage cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely. Put the tomatoes in a deep plate and cover with boiling water, leave for five minutes. Next, remove the peel from the tomatoes and chop finely and finely. Clean the rice from debris, rinse well several times and put in a fine sieve so that the water is glass. Rinse cilantro and dill with cold water and chop finely.

Step 2

Pre-fry the minced meat in olive oil, add finely chopped basil, pepper and salt. Put the cabbage in a saucepan and cover with two glasses of cold water. Leave to simmer until half cooked, twenty to thirty minutes. When the cabbage is ready, place the minced meat, chopped onions and carrots in a saucepan. Put out ten minutes. Add the washed rice to the mixture. Put out again for five minutes. Put chopped tomatoes into almost ready-made lazy cabbage rolls. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the bay leaf and simmer for fifteen minutes with the lid closed.

Step 3

When the dish is ready, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve with sour cream. You can decorate the dish with tomato slices and chopped fresh cucumbers. Cut the cucumber across and make a small incision in the center of the ring, then twist it in a spiral shape. Place a few olives on top of the cucumber and tomato slices. Dill and cilantro add flavor and beauty to the dish.
