If you really want cabbage rolls, but there is no time to cook, you can quickly make a "mishmash" of all the ingredients spied in the classic recipe for cabbage rolls. The name speaks for itself - lazy cabbage rolls. How do you prepare them?
It is necessary
- - white cabbage - 200 g
- - mixed minced meat (pork and beef) - 600 g
- - carrots - 1 pc.
- - sour cream 15% - 100 g
- - tomato puree - 70 g
- - eggs - 2 pcs.
- - onion - 1 pc.
- - salt
- - ground pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse fresh white cabbage and chop into small pieces or chop in a grater mode on a food processor.
Step 2
Rinse and grate carrots. Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Prepare minced meat for lazy cabbage rolls from meat, having previously cleaned it of fat and veins. Beat raw eggs into minced meat, add grated carrots, onions, salt and pepper.
Step 4
For the sauce, combine 400 ml of water, tomato puree, sour cream. Add salt and pepper.
Step 5
Roll small balls the size of a tennis ball from the minced meat mixed with vegetables - these are lazy cabbage rolls. Place on the bottom of a frying pan with high edges and pour over the prepared sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer over moderate heat for only 25 minutes.
