Ingredients:

  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • white onion - 2 pcs.;
  • minced meat - half a kilo;
  • white cabbage - 270-300 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • dry rice - 1 cup;
  • sour cream - 1 glass;
  • crumb crumbs - 80-100 g;
  • salt, spices, oil - to taste;
  • water - 1 glass.

Preparation:

Pour over the rice with plenty of salt water. Cook almost completely until tender.

Get rid of the cabbage from the top bad leaves. Chop the remaining part very finely, knead slightly with clean hands. Transfer the vegetable to a separate bowl. Pour boiling water over. Leave the cabbage shavings for 10-12 minutes.

Peel one onion. Chop finely. Mix with minced meat. Season with salt, add spices to taste. Pour the contents of a raw egg into the mass. Put there the cabbage, which has already softened from boiling water, which has been slightly wrung out with your hands. Add salt to taste.

Combine the mixture with boiled chilled rice. Add 5-6 tbsp. l. sour cream. Mix everything well.

  • raw rice - 130-150 g;
  • canned tomatoes in their own juice - 280-300 g;
  • carrots - 150-170 g;
  • onions - 320-350 g;
  • fresh garlic - 20-25 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • granulated sugar, dried oregano, ground coriander - 1 small each. spoon;
  • salt, oil and a mixture of ground peppers - to taste;
  • water - 1, 5 tbsp.;
  • sour cream - a full glass.

Preparation:

Pour dry rice with water and cook in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Chop the cabbage very finely and finely. Separately peel and chop the onion (half) with garlic.

Combine minced meat with chopped cabbage. Add to it the contents of a raw egg, onions, boiled cooled cereals. Salt, pepper and mix everything.

From the resulting mass, mold large cutlets. Arrange them in a large rectangular shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Chop the remaining onion as finely as possible, rub the carrots. Prepare a ruddy fry. Send tomatoes in their own juice to them. Simmer the contents of the pan for a couple of minutes. At this stage, you can add salt to the mass. Salt should always be added after the tomatoes, as canned vegetables can already contain a lot of salt.

Pour in water. Pour all the spices declared in the recipe into the pan. Cover everything and simmer over low heat for about a quarter of an hour. You should get a thick, fragrant mass. The last thing to add to it is sugar. The amount of sugar can be adjusted to taste. It depends on the sweetness of the tomatoes themselves. After that, the sauce is completely ready.

The form with ready-made cabbage rolls must be removed from the oven. Pour the resulting vegetable sauce. Return to bake for another half hour.

This interesting recipe makes a full meal: meat with vegetables. All that remains is to add it with fresh bread and sour cream sauce.

Lazy cabbage roll "Bogatyr"

Ingredients:

  • "Pekingka" - a whole fork;
  • mixed minced meat - half a kilo;
  • raw egg - 1 pc.;
  • peeled champignons - 120-140 g;
  • dry rice - 120-140 g;
  • sour cream of any fat content - 130-150 ml;
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • mustard - 1 small the spoon;
  • bouillon cube - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - a slice;
  • lavrushka - 1 leaf;
  • carrots, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes - 1 pc.

Preparation:

Cook the rice in advance until cooked. In this case, the cereal should be soft, but not overcooked. Cool the cereal. Leave a glass of rice water.

Finely chop the half of the onion and the peeled mushrooms. Add these ingredients immediately to the meat. You can take any minced meat. For example, pork + chicken or pork + beef. Combine meat with egg, cooled cereals, salt, spices. The result will be the filling for the future "hero".

Disassemble the cabbage forks into separate leaves. The recipe uses Chinese cabbage, not white cabbage. Such a vegetable makes the “shell” of the finished dish softer and softer. From the leaves you need to cut off the entire light coarse part. As a result, there should be about 8-9 clean, even leaves without any damage. And the rest of the cabbage needs to be chopped into thin strips and put aside for a while.

You can even use a mixture of several types of meat. If lamb is chosen, then adding chicken to it will reduce the calorie content of the finished dish.

For rice with meat, send prepared cabbage of two types, salt, spices. Separately prepare the frying of white onions in any fat. Transfer it to the total mass along with the egg and chopped herbs. Mix everything well.

Form cakes from the resulting composition. Put the workpieces in a skillet with melted butter. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Preparation:

Remove the topmost "protective" leaves from a young small cabbage head. First, send the prepared bread in pieces to the oven and dry to the desired temperature. Then - grind it with a special blender attachment or in a coffee grinder.

Bring the water to a boil. Pour it into a deep, capacious container. Dip a whole cabbage head in boiling water. Wait 10-12 minutes. As a result, the leaves of the vegetable will be steamed well and will be easy to open. They won't break down in the process.

Peel and chop the onion. Fry it in a cauldron in any fat until hardly noticeable browning. Combine the resulting frying with meat, salt, spices. It is necessary to mix the mass very well so that the onion is distributed over it as evenly as possible.

Remove the cabbage from the liquid. Drain the water from the head. It is imperative to remove the liquid that has accumulated inside it. Carefully open the steamed outer leaves, and do not touch the middle.

Fill the space between the leaves with the meat filling. It must be evenly distributed over the head of cabbage. Wrap the workpiece in a large piece of foil. Place it together with the cover in the oven. Cook for about half an hour at 180-190 degrees.
