- 2 onions;
- 2 carrots;
- 3 eggs;
- 1 tbsp. tomato juice (preferably homemade);
- 3 tbsp. l. sunflower oil.

- Put carrots and onions in hot oil and fry until tender.
- Put the minced meat in a bowl and knead it thoroughly with your hands. Add vegetable frying, cabbage, lentils, raw eggs and salt there. Mix everything well until smooth.
- Form oblong cabbage rolls from minced meat with lentils with wet hands and place them evenly on a baking sheet with high sides. Before this, the baking sheet can be slightly oiled.
- Place the filled baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes so that the minced meat grabs a little, and the cabbage rolls keep their shape well in the future.
- Pour tomato juice into a large cup and dilute with water.
- Remove the slightly baked cabbage rolls from the oven, pour over the tomato juice and send them back to the oven for 50 minutes. During this time, they will bake, and the excess water will evaporate, leaving behind a tomato sauce.
- Remove the ready-made lazy cabbage rolls in tomato sauce from the oven, cool a little, transfer to a dish and decorate with parsley sprigs (you can use green onion feathers). Serve with boiled young potatoes, fried potatoes or any cereal.
