Is there a difference between stuffed cabbage and lazy stuffed cabbage. Of course have. The latter are therefore called lazy because there is less trouble with them, they are easier and faster to cook, and you certainly don’t have to mess with cabbage leaves. But lazy cabbage rolls are in no way inferior in taste to ordinary cabbage rolls, the meat is juicy and aromatic. Such a dish will significantly save the time of every housewife.
It is necessary
- - cabbage 400 g
- - minced meat 500 g
- - boiled rice 200 g
- - onion 150 g
- - sour cream (fat content 15%) 250 g
- - tomato paste 250 g
- - bread crumbs
- - vegetable oil
- - salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the cabbage finely. Pour boiling water over it and let stand for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the water, and squeeze the cabbage well. This is done in order to soften the vegetable.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Add boiled rice, onion, cabbage, a little pepper and salt to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
Step 4
Form cutlets of any size from the resulting blank, roll them abundantly in bread crumbs, and then fry in vegetable oil until an appetizing crust appears. There is no need to fry the cutlets until they are completely ready.
Step 5
In a bowl, combine tomato paste with sour cream.
Step 6
Place cabbage rolls in a baking dish and pour the prepared sauce over them. Bake lazy cabbage rolls for about 40 minutes at 180-200 degrees. It is recommended to serve the dish with sour cream.
