It can be prepared in different ways. Meat, fish, mushrooms, potatoes, eggs and other foods are often added to noodle soup. The choice of the added element (or elements) depends on the imagination and taste of the chef.

Classic Noodle Soup Recipe

To make the classic version of noodle soup, you need the following ingredients: 3 l. water, 500 g chicken meat, 5 pcs. potatoes, 150 g. pasta, 2 carrots, 2 pcs. onions, herbs, salt, spices.

Vermicelli soup is prepared as follows:

First you need to rinse the meat, cut it into pieces and add water. Then peel the onions and carrots, put them in a saucepan with the meat, which then put on the fire. Wait until the water boils, remove foam and reduce heat. The broth must be salted and cooked further for 30-40 minutes over low heat.

After the broth is ready, remove the meat and vegetables from the pan, divide the meat into small pieces and put them back.

Then you need to cut the potatoes into cubes or strips and also put them in the broth. With this composition, the soup should be cooked for another 15-20 minutes.

While the potatoes are boiling, chop the onion finely and finely and grate the carrots (already different, fresh). These vegetables must be sautéed over low heat until golden brown, then added to the broth.

When the soup boils, you need to put the vermicelli in it and cook it for another 5-10 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper to taste, remove the pan from heat and. covered with a lid, let the soup brew for half an hour.

Finely chopped greens can be added to the soup before serving.

It is important to know that the taste of the soup depends mainly on how well the broth is made. First of all, you need to cook the broth over low heat, because if it boils, it will become cloudy and change its taste in a negative direction. And in order for the broth to be transparent and clean, one must remember to skim off the foam in time.
