The amount of ingredients is indicated for two liters of water. Prepare about a pound of ground beef, about 300 grams of potatoes, carrots, onion, oil for frying, seasonings to taste. In order to make dumplings, you need to take 1 egg, a little flour (so that the dough turns out like thick sour cream) and salt.

First, prepare the dumpling dough - beat the egg with a fork, add flour, cover the bowl with plastic foil and refrigerate. Bring water to a boil. Add the meatballs first, when the soup boils - the potatoes. Then prepare the frying - chop the onions and carrots, fry in a pan in a little oil. When ready, pour into the soup.

When the soup boils, we take out the dough. To form dumplings, moisten a spoon in the soup, pinch off a piece of it and throw it into the soup. Everything needs to be done very quickly. In principle, this soup can be considered ready. After boiling, it is enough to boil for 5 minutes so that the potatoes are ready.

For a rich aroma, take not just meat broth, but broth on smoked ribs - 300 grams per two liters of water, cook for no more than an hour.

When the broth is ready, add the peas and cook for another 20 minutes. While the peas are boiling, prepare the potatoes - peel, wash, cut into small cubes. When the peas are soft, add the potatoes. Cook everything together for 10 minutes. Cooking frying - finely chop the onion, three carrots on a grater, fry in a small amount of oil. Add frying to the soup.
