Many pastry recipes contain vanilla extract as one of the ingredients. But, unfortunately, you cannot find it in all stores. But you do not need to give up the recipes because of this, because you can prepare the extract yourself in any volume.

- - high quality vodka;
- - vanilla pods.

Step 1
The amount of ingredients for this recipe depends on the desired amount of vanilla extract. Perhaps you only need one bottle of this fragrant tincture, or maybe you want to stock up for a long period of time, because the tincture does not deteriorate from long storage, but only becomes richer and more aromatic.
Step 2
We take bottles of about 100 ml and vanilla pods.
Step 3
Cut each vanilla pod in half, and cut each half lengthwise.
Step 4
Put 4-6 branches of vanilla in a bottle and fill it with vodka (the larger the volume of the bottle, the more vanilla you need to add).
Step 5
We remove the bottles in a dark place for at least 6 weeks and shake occasionally.
