A healthy lifestyle is currently in vogue. Many people give up bad habits, start to play sports and eat right, giving preference to natural products, including sprouted wheat. It is scientifically proven that when taking sprouted wheat, intestinal function improves, metabolism stabilizes, immunity improves, hair growth improves and the whole body rejuvenates. But for all this to happen, wheat must be germinated and consumed correctly.
Instructions
Step 1
In order for a grain of wheat to begin to share its healing qualities, it must be germinated. To do this, take 2-3 glasses of grain, rinse it thoroughly and put it in a deep enamel plate. Pour about 1/4 to 1/3 the thickness of the wheat layer with warm water, cover the top with a saucer or wet towel and leave at room temperature, wetting the top cloth from time to time, until the grains "hatch".
Step 2
As a rule, this process takes 2-3 days. The main thing is to make sure that the wheat does not overgrow, its sprouts should be 1-1.5 millimeters long. Store sprouted wheat for several days in the refrigerator, or use it in salads or make vitamin pates and tortillas from it.
Step 3
To prepare a vitamin paste, take 200 grams of sprouted wheat, chop thoroughly, add 50 grams of finely chopped parsley and 1 clove of garlic, passed through a garlic press. Season the pate with vegetable oil, salt to taste and spread on bran bread. This sandwich can be eaten at lunch with the first course, or for breakfast with porridge.
Step 4
For the salad, combine 150 grams of boiled rice, 4 tablespoons of wheat germ, 1 pickled cucumber, 1 bell pepper, chopped into small cubes, and 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped or mashed. Salt and season the dish with a sauce made from equal proportions of mayonnaise and vegetable oil.
Step 5
To make healthy cakes, pass the sprouted wheat through a meat grinder, add enough cold water to form cakes. Bake them in the oven or simply dry them in a skillet without oil. Such tortillas are a very satisfying and healthy breakfast, especially if they are smeared with honey or sprinkled with fresh, finely chopped herbs.
