It is necessary

  • - lettuce leaves
  • - 1 ciabatta
  • - 300 g salmon fillet
  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • - 150 g sun-dried tomatoes
  • - 30 g ginger root
  • - chives
  • - salt
  • - ground black pepper
  • - olive oil

Instructions

Step 1

It is better not to cut the ciabatta, but to break it into small pieces, mix thoroughly with salt and ground black pepper and fry in olive oil until crisp. You can replace Italian bread with a baguette. To add spice, rub additional garlic on the bread.

Step 2

Grind all available ingredients. Finely chop the onion, cut the salmon into small slices or cubes, grate the ginger on a fine grater. Add salt and black pepper to the mixture and mix thoroughly with a small amount of olive oil.

Step 3

Spread the finished salmon tartare on an even layer of chopped lettuce leaves. Sun-dried tomatoes can be placed next to the sauce on a plate or added to the tartare as it cooks. In the latter version, the tomatoes must first be peeled and chopped thoroughly. Serve the tartare with a crispy ciabatta or baguette.
