Scallop tartare will be a real decoration for both festive and everyday tables.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of scallops
- - green onions
- - mascarpone
- - olive oil
- - sugar
- - lemon
- - tomato juice
- - cilantro
- - a few mint leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the cilantro thoroughly and mix with the tomato juice. Add a little sugar and put the mixture on low heat. Cook the ingredients for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly. Grind the finished mixture with a blender.
Step 2
Cut the scallops into small cubes. Add mint leaves, mascarpone, chopped green onions, olive oil and some black pepper.
Step 3
Separately pour the peeled lemon with the sugar mixture (just mix the sugar and water). Lemon should be infused for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Stir the scallop tartare with the lemon thoroughly and season with the sauce. The dish can be laid out on one plate or served in separate portions.
