Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes. Rub the ginger on a fine grater, rinse the onion, and then chop finely.

In a small cup, combine fish, ginger, onions, salt, pepper to taste, lemon juice, and then add olive oil. Mix all ingredients in a cup well.

Fold the foil in several layers and make a small ring out of it, which should be placed on a plate. Put the ingredients prepared for the tartar into this ring, then press down so that it retains its shape. After a few minutes, the ring can be removed, and the tartare can be served to the table, garnished with a sprig of greenery on top.

Salmon tartare with avocado

This recipe uses smoked fish.

You will need:

- smoked salmon - 200 g;

- onions - 1 pc.;

- olive oil - 2 tsp;

- lemon juice - 1 tsp;

- avocado - 1 pc.;

- pepper, salt - to taste;

- dill - 1 branch.

Finely chop the smoked salmon, peel the onions and then chop them.

Wash the avocado, then divide into halves and remove the pit.

Combine finely chopped fish and onion, top with olive oil and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Place the tartare in the avocado halves and sprinkle with black pepper on top, also add a little salt, and then serve, garnished with a sprig of fresh herbs.
