It is necessary
- - 350 g scallops
- - green onions
- - 2 oranges
- - balsamic sauce (preferably creamy)
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - olive oil
- - mascarpone
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the scallops into two equal portions. Toss one of them with shredded mascarpone cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Cut the oranges into thin rings or wedges. Squeeze a little orange juice over the scallop and mascarpone mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the second part of scallops into small pieces. Season lightly with orange juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and leave to soak in juice for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Fry both mixtures separately in olive oil until golden brown. If serving with one portion of scallops, form a ring with the ingredients from the second mixture inside. A creamy balsamic sauce is ideal for decorating a dish.
