Potato chips are not the healthiest, although very tasty product. You should not abuse it, but occasionally you can please yourself and your loved ones with a delicious salad prepared with chips. And thanks to the unusual design, such dishes look, as a rule, elegant and festive.
Sunflower salad
To prepare the "Sunflower" salad with smoked chicken meat, mushrooms and chips, you will need:
- 500 g of smoked chicken meat;
- 500 g of fresh mushrooms;
- 80 g pitted olives;
- 35 g chips;
- 2 heads of onions;
- 3 boiled eggs;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- mayonnaise;
- vegetable oil;
- pepper;
- salt.
Wipe the mushrooms thoroughly with a damp cloth, then chop finely and fry with chopped onions until tender, season with salt and pepper. Cut the smoked chicken into small cubes. Grate the cheese, whites and yolks of the hard-boiled eggs separately.
Put the salad components prepared in this way in a round salad bowl in layers, smearing each with mayonnaise: 1st layer - smoked chicken meat; 2nd - grated proteins; 3rd - mushrooms fried with onions; 4th - grated cheese. Sprinkle the surface of the salad with grated yolks. Then draw a net with mayonnaise on top and put a slice of olives in each square. Place a border of potato chips in the form of sunflower petals around the edge of the salad.
"Nest" salad
A salad made according to this recipe can become a real decoration of the festive table, as it looks very non-trivial. To prepare it, you need to take:
- 6-8 quail eggs;
- 200-300 g of boiled chicken breast;
- 200 g of ham;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 1 large bag of chips.
Boil quail eggs, cool and peel. Then cut all the ingredients into strips: boiled chicken, ham, cheese and 5 quail eggs. Combine all salad ingredients, season with mayonnaise and stir. Place a layer of chips on a flat plate, place the salad on top in the form of a nest. To do this, place a glass in the center of the plate with the salad around it. Then carefully remove the glass, and place the remaining boiled quail eggs in the recess. Then sprinkle the "nest" with grated cheese. You can also decorate the dish with herbs and red caviar.
Chips salad
A salad served in portions on chips looks very impressive on the festive table. To make a salad with canned tuna or salmon, you will need:
- 1 pack of Lace or Pringles potato chips;
- 1 can (250 g) canned in oil tuna or salmon;
- 2 hard-boiled eggs;
- 50 g green onions;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- greens.
Mash the canned fish thoroughly with a fork. Peel and chop hard-boiled eggs with a knife. Wash green onions, dry and chop finely. Grate the cheese. Then combine all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise and mix well. Spread the salad over the chips and serve, garnish with herbs.
