Strawberry lemonade with basil will help to cope with the summer heat and thirst. This lemonade is very quick to prepare, contains many vitamins and nutrients. The spicy combination of strawberries and basil refreshes and dulls the feeling of hunger. The drink is suitable for those who are losing weight, it is very nutritious and at the same time contains few calories.
It is necessary
- - 150 g of green basil leaves;
- - 250 g strawberries;
- - 1 PC. lemon;
- - 1 liter of sparkling water;
- - 50 g of sugar;
- - 50 g of crushed ice;
- - 20 g mint leaves.

Step 1
Wash and dry the basil and mint well. This is best done in the shade to keep the leaves from wilting and looking fresh.
Step 2
Take a small mortar, chop the basil and mint into large pieces and grind in the mortar along with the sugar. So that there is as much juice as possible from the leaves.
Step 3
Peel the strawberries from the leaves, rinse and refrigerate for 20 minutes to cool the berries slightly. Whisk the strawberries in a blender, then gradually add the basil and mint. Add lemon juice and whisk again. Let stand 15 minutes.

Add sparkling water. Better chilled.
