Ingredients (per 2 servings):
- Fresh or frozen strawberries - 150 g;
- Hot water - 80 ml;
- Fresh lemon juice;
- Strawberry syrup to taste
- Chilled soda - 400 ml;
- Sugar;
- Fresh basil - 1 bunch;
- Crushed ice;
- Mint leaves.
Preparation:
- We need strawberry syrup for our cocktail. If you do not have a finished product, it is not difficult to prepare it at home. The ingredients to stock up on are water, sugar and, of course, strawberries. Thoroughly washed berries are placed in a small saucepan, then clean water is added there. The dishes are sent to the fire, the contents are boiled for twenty minutes.
- Now let's move on to the lemonade. Thoroughly rinse the juicy berries. In the event that you are dealing with a semi-finished product, the strawberries must be defrosted by placing them under a stream of hot water.
- Rinse the basil leaves. Immerse in a blender with strawberries and grind until smooth.
- Dilute sugar in hot water (four tablespoons are enough). Combine with strawberry paste and cold soda water. Add syrup to taste.
- Squeeze the juice from the citrus half. Stir well with the rest of the ingredients.
