Salmon is a salmon species and is also known as Atlantic salmon. Salmon contains a large amount of useful trace elements. It is an invaluable source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for the prevention of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease. Vitamins and trace elements contained even in one serving of Atlantic salmon can significantly improve human brain activity. Therefore, nutritionists strongly recommend that you include fish dishes in your diet at least 2-3 times a week. There are many ways to cook salmon.
It is necessary
-
- salmon steaks;
- lemon;
- tomatoes;
- cream 10-20% fat;
- a mixture of 4 types of pepper;
- salt;
- foil.
Instructions
Step 1
When buying fish from a store, be sure to pay attention to its freshness. It should not have an unpleasant odor. When you press your finger on the pulp, it should be firm enough and quickly regain its shape. If you have doubts about the freshness of the product, it is better to immediately refuse to purchase. This can be hazardous to health.
Prepare the fish for cooking. Rinse thoroughly in cold running water. Cut into portions if necessary.
To make steaks juicy, tender, with a spicy aroma of spices, they must first be marinated. To do this, just put them in a glass or enamel bowl, add a little salt, add coarsely ground pepper and pour over the juice of half a lemon. Cover and leave in a cool place for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the other half of the lemon and tomato into thin slices. Make "boats" from the foil to the size of the pieces of fish: cut a piece of foil and pinch the edges on both sides so that the structure resembles a boat in shape.
Arrange the foil boats on a heatproof baking sheet. Put salmon steak in each of them, add salt and pepper if necessary. Place the tomato and lemon slices on top of the fish. Pour in the cream so that it covers half of the fish.
Step 3
Place the baking sheet carefully in the oven and bake at about 200 degrees Celsius until tender.
When serving, salmon steaks can be served with fresh parsley and dill.
