    • Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
    • Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
    • Garlic - 3 cloves
    • Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp spoons
    • Cheese - 150-200 g
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Vegetable oil

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the meat. If you chose pork neck or pork for baking, then cut the meat into portions about 2-2.5 cm thick. Do not cut thinner, as the chops can simply dry out during the cooking process. Divide the pork loin into portions with bone. Beat each piece lightly on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Leave it aside.

Step 2

Peel the onions, cut into rings and place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. The baking tray must be completely closed.

Pass the garlic through a press, mix it with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise. Wash the tomatoes and bell peppers, cut the tomatoes into rings, pepper into small cubes.

Step 4

Place the chops on the onion rings, then brush with the garlic / mayonnaise mixture, and on each chop add chopped tomatoes and a few diced bell peppers.

Step 5

Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees. Place the baking sheet with the chops on the medium wire rack and cook for 35-40 minutes.

Step 6

At this time, grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix with the remaining mayonnaise. Then brush each chop with the resulting cheese mass and put it back in the oven. Do not sprinkle with cheese right away, since the cheese will not only have time to melt, but also burn, and the chops will not be ready yet. You can raise the temperature to 220 degrees or place the baking sheet on the top wire shelf. The most important thing is to wait for the formation of a golden cheese crust and not to miss the moment of its drying. It will take another 10-15 minutes. Then remove the chops from the oven and serve with fresh herbs and vegetables.
