Instructions
Step 1
Take boneless pork. Loin or tenderloin is best for chops. Rinse the whole piece of meat in cold water. Dry the washed piece of meat.
Step 2
Cut the meat into pieces approximately 1 cm wide. To ensure that the pork chops are well done, soft and easy to chew, it is imperative to cut the meat across the fibers.
Step 3
Use a special hammer (it can be wooden or metal) to beat the pieces of meat well on both sides. This must be done carefully so as not to injure yourself and avoid splashing in all directions.
Step 4
Rub the beaten meat on both sides with salt, pork spices or black pepper. Be careful, many seasonings already contain salt. Don't oversalt the chops!
Step 5
Pour flour onto a wide, flat plate. Beat the eggs in a deep bowl until smooth.
Step 6
Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet.
Step 7
Dip the chop in flour, then in a beaten egg, then again in flour. The pork chop should be covered with flour and egg on all sides.
Step 8
Place the prepared chop in a skillet and fry over low heat. After browning the chop until golden brown on one side, flip it over to the other side and cook until tender. Pork chops can be served with any side dish. Bon Appetit!
