Pork chops are a meat dish that everyone loves (vegetarians are simply embarrassed to admit it). This delicious dish is prepared quickly and easily, even a novice hostess will be able to make it. It can be served both for an ordinary family dinner, and it can be used to decorate a festive table with it. Cooking pork chops is easy, but success will depend a lot on the quality of the meat. Usually, a carbonate or a piece from the neck is used for its preparation. If the meat has been frozen, then defrost it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

- Canned pineapples in pieces - 1 can,

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the pork, peel off the films and cut across the fibers into pieces 1, 5 - 2 cm thick. Beat lightly on both sides, put in a bowl, fill with soy sauce, put garlic crushed with a press there, pepper, mix everything and leave for half an hour - hour at room temperature, covered with a lid or cling film.
Step 2
Grate cheese on a coarse grater, open a jar of pineapples. If the pineapples are sliced, cut them into small pieces.
Step 3
Heat the pan well, pour vegetable oil into it in a layer of 1 cm. Beat the egg, lightly salt it. Place bread crumbs on a plate. Dip each piece of meat in an egg, then roll in breadcrumbs and place in a skillet. Fry the chop for no more than 1, 5 - 2 minutes.
Step 4
When one side is done, flip the chops, place pineapple on each layer, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover the pan. After a couple of minutes, remove the pan from the heat.
