    • garlic - 2 cloves;
    • vegetable oil;

    • lettuce leaves.

Step 1

Wash the chicken breasts and drain. Dip them with a napkin or towel before cooking. Removing excess moisture is an important prerequisite for keeping the meat juicy. The liquid during frying reduces the temperature of the oil, preventing the rapid formation of a crust. As a result, the breasts lose their juice.

Step 2

Beat the meat with a hammer until tender. The main thing here is not to overdo it, since the muscles of the chicken breast are soft. As a result, the fillet chop should not show through.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine a small amount of vegetable oil (2 tablespoons), freshly ground pepper, a pinch of mustard and finely chopped garlic. Brush the chicken fillet with this mixture. This will give the chops a spicy taste and aroma, while frying it will retain the juice inside the meat.
