Chicken chops have a delicate flavor and a wonderful combination of meat and cheese. Chicken chops are prepared very quickly and are perfect for absolutely any side dish.
Ingredients for chicken chops:
- 0.5-0.6 kg of chicken breast;
- 150 grams of cheese;
- 2 raw eggs;
- 80-90 grams of flour;
- 90 grams of mayonnaise;
- dill greens;
- a little ground pepper, salt;
- a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil for frying.
Cooking chicken chops with cheese:
1. Cut chilled or defrosted chicken meat into not too large pieces and beat them off. Rub lightly with a mixture of pepper and salt, leave to lie down for a while.
2. Meanwhile, you need to mix the eggs well with flour and mayonnaise, adding chopped dill and pepper and salt to them.
3. For each piece of chicken you will need to put about a spoonful of the resulting sauce. Fry the chops in a hot pan with butter, egg sauce down.
4. Put a layer of grated cheese on top of the chops and pour over the egg mixture with a spoon.
5. After the bottom is browned, turn the chicken chops and also fry until tender.
Tender and delicious chicken chops go well with a variety of side dishes. Therefore, they can be served both with potatoes and with pasta, rice or buckwheat. You can also try chicken chops paired with stewed vegetables such as cabbage, zucchini, or vegetable stew.
