Pork chops are a delicious and satisfying dish. They are usually pan-fried, but you can cook pork chops with cheese in the oven. It turns out juicy and tender French-style meat with a pleasant cheese aroma.

- - 200 g of hard cheese;
- - 2 heads of onions;
- - olive oil for frying;
- - salt and pepper to taste.

Step 1
For pork chops, it is best to use the tenderloin or meat from the neck and ham. Defrost it if required.

Peel the onions and chop into rings. Fry the onions in olive oil until lightly browned. Turn on the oven in advance so that it warms up to 180 ° C.

Slice the pork across the grain into 1 cm thick slices. Hit with a wooden kitchen mallet. Sprinkle the pork chops with black pepper to taste and season with salt.
