An original solution for a festive table. Thanks to the special preparation of the meat, it will be easy to digest. and with the addition of cheese and tomato it will get the taste of Italian cuisine. Can be served with a side dish or as a separate dish.

- 300 g pork
- 1 egg
- 40 g flour
- 1 tomato
- 50 g cheese
- 2 tablespoons of water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pork into slices 5-7 mm wide, put on a cutting board and cover with cling film. We beat off, remove the film and salt to taste.
Step 2
Cooking the batter: break the egg in a separate bowl, beat a little, salt, add flour. We mix everything. Let the batter brew a little in a warm place.
Step 3
Dip the chops in batter and fry in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the tomato into slices, salt it, grate the cheese.
Step 5
Turn the chops over, put tomato slices and a little grated cheese on top. Close the pan and fry for another 7-10 minutes.
Step 6
Place the chops gently on a plate. Serve with herbs.
