It is necessary

    • • chilled chicken fillet (500 gr.)
    • • chicken egg (2 pcs.)
    • • mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
    • • flour (2 tablespoons)
    • • hard cheese (200 gr.)
    • • tomato (2 pcs.)
    • • vegetable or butter for frying
    • • seasoning hops-suneli (1 pack)
    • • parsley (100 gr.)
    • • dill (100 gr.)
    • • salt
    • • pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the fillets and cut them lengthwise into portions. The knife must be kept parallel to the piece and the table. The thickness of the meat should be 0.5 cm.

Step 2

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Slice the tomato into thin rings.

Step 4

Chop the dill finely.

Step 5

Cover each piece of fillet with plastic wrap, so the meat retains its juice and does not tear when beating.

Step 6

Beat the fillets with a chef's wooden mallet.

Step 7

Salt the meat to taste, add suneli hops and pepper.

Step 8

Place the chops in a bowl and let the meat marinate for 15 minutes.

Batter preparation: Add flour, mayonnaise, salt, spices and dill to the eggs. Place thoroughly in a bowl, bringing to a porridge consistency. Attention! The mayonnaise is already salty, so you need very little salt.

Dip only one side of the chop in batter (or brush thoroughly with a spoon).

Place the chops, greased side down, in a buttered skillet.

Step 12

Place a ring of tomato on each piece of chop, sprinkle with cheese on top.

Pour the batter over the chops so that the cheese and tomato are underneath. Help spread the batter evenly with a spoon.

Fry in a skillet on both sides until golden brown.

Reduce heat as you cook, otherwise juice will start to flow out of the fillet and the meat will become dry.

Place the finished chops on a plate, garnish with parsley sprigs and tomato rings.
