Chicken chops have a very delicate flavor. They must be cooked from fresh chicken fillet, so as not to lose the juiciness and softness of the dish when beating.

- - Korean carrots for the filling;

Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into layers, 0.5 cm thick. This should be done across the fibers. Beat off the meat plates, but not hard.
Step 2
Beat eggs with pepper and salt. Add flour and mix everything thoroughly. The consistency of the egg mass should be of medium thickness, like thick sour cream (if the batter turns out to be too liquid, then add a little more flour).
Step 3
On the chicken chop, put 1 dessert spoon of Korean carrots and cover with the second chop, dip everything in the finished batter. Then fry in a preheated pan on both sides until tender.
