Beef baked in foil
To bake beef chops in foil, you need to take:
- 300 g beef fillet;
- 3 mushrooms;
- 3 potatoes;
- 100 ml of cream;
- 5-7 st. l. vegetable oil;

Rinse the beef fillet, dry, cut into portions and beat well with a wooden mallet. Season with salt and pepper. Place the chops in hot vegetable oil and fry until tender.
Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into slices, fry, salt and pepper. Carefully wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, cut into small slices and fry in a little oil. Then cover with cream, add salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
Put the finished chops on foil sheets. Place the fried potato slices on top and top with the mushroom sauce.
Wrap the edges of the foil around and squeeze tightly. Bake the chops in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180-200 ° C. Serve in foil.
Beef Chops with Cheese and Bananas
To prepare this spicy dish you will need:
- 1 kg of beef pulp;
- 2 bananas;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- 200 ml of 15% cream;
- juice of 1 lemon;
- 1 tsp salt;
- ground black pepper.
Wash the beef, dry it, cut into slices about 2 centimeters thick and beat well. Then place tightly together on a baking sheet. Try not to have gaps.
Cut the hard cheese into small cubes. Peel the bananas, cut into pieces and whisk in a blender with cream, salt, pepper and cheese until smooth. Without stopping whisking, pour in the freshly squeezed juice of one lemon. Pour the beef chops with the resulting juice and bake in the oven at 200 ° C until tender. This will take about 40-50 minutes.
Beef Chops with Pineapple
To prepare beef chops according to this recipe, you need to take:
- 1 kg of beef tenderloin;
- 1 can of canned pineapples;
- 500 g of hard cheese;
- 200 g sour cream;
- vegetable oil;
- butter;
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
Cut the washed and dried beef into slices 1-1.5 centimeters thick and beat lightly with a wooden mallet. Then fry a little on both sides in vegetable oil. Then season with salt and pepper, dip in sour cream and place on a greased baking sheet.
Place a pineapple ring on each chop with a slice of cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven, sprinkling with pineapple juice occasionally.
