Beef chops, like pork chops, can be cooked in different ways: baked in the oven with mushrooms, cheese, or deep-fried in batter. This recipe for chops is not entirely traditional, since we will be stewing meat in a wine sauce. Thanks to this, the ready-made food will acquire a special aroma and taste.
It is necessary
- vegetable oil;
- beef tenderloin - 1 kg;
- ground black pepper and salt;
- onions - 4 pcs;
- dry red wine - 1 bottle.
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the beef across the grain as for escalopes. Beat the meat on each side using a hammer, pepper and salt.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet. Place the beef chops and sauté on both sides until crispy. Make the fire on the stove strong.
Step 3
Pour wine over the meat and simmer until completely boiled away. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Arrange these rings with the meat and fry until tender.
Step 4
You can serve chops with boiled rice, peas, or mashed potatoes. You can serve separately ketchup, tartar sauce, pesto.
