The reason for this was the failure of manufacturers to comply with the new regulations regarding the packaging of products and the information that should be indicated on it. The transitional period, during which this defect was allowed, is over, all Russian manufacturers have complied with the requirements of the main controlling organization of the country, while the Belarusian ones simply ignored them. The issue of resuming supplies was decided for a long period of time at the highest political level.
