Instructions

Step 1

To prepare pollock with champignons, first peel a large carcass of fish from bones and entrails and rinse, and then cut into medium-sized pieces. Sprinkle the prepared fish pieces evenly with salt and spices and leave covered in a large saucepan for a while. It is important for the fish to be soaked in spices and to absorb the salt evenly.

Step 2

Wash and dry the mushrooms, then chop and sauté with finely chopped onions in a large skillet in butter.

Step 3

Dip the fish soaked in spices and salt in flour and fry in a preheated pan with butter for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then put the fried fish on a baking sheet, sprinkle with pre-cut processed cheese cubes, and then lay out a layer of onions and mushrooms. Top everything with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.

Step 4

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve ready-made pollock with champignons with fresh vegetables.

Step 5

To prepare pollock with tomatoes and cheese, defrost pollock fillets and rinse thoroughly in water and dry. Sprinkle the fish fillets with salt, sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and transfer to a grill dish. Thanks to the lemon juice, the fish will acquire an unusually pleasant aroma. Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

Step 6

Cut the curd cheese into small pieces. Put a layer of tomato on the slices of pollock fillet, lightly salt and sprinkle with ground pepper and chopped parsley. Then lay out a layer of shredded cheese.

Step 7

Put the fish dish in a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for 5 minutes, then lower the oven temperature to 180 degrees and cook the fish for about 10 minutes. Unplug the oven and leave the dish there for 5-7 minutes.

Step 8

Serve pollock with tomatoes and cheese with boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
