To cook delicious pollock in a pan, you will need:

- 1 kg of pollock;

- onions - 1 pc.;

- carrots - 1 pc.;

- egg - 1 pc.;

- 2-3 tbsp. l. flour;

- vegetable oil (for frying);

- salt (to taste);

- seasonings for fish (of your choice).

Initially, prepare the pollock for frying: rinse, then gut, cut off the head and fins, then rinse thoroughly and cut into portions.

Beat the chicken egg in a separate bowl, in another container combine flour, salt and any spices, mix well.

Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, then roll each piece of pollock first in an egg, and then in flour and fry over low heat until golden brown.

In the meantime, peel the onions and carrots, chop and simmer in a pan. 5-7 minutes before the end of frying the pollock, put the vegetables on top of the fish, then add a small amount of boiled water, cover the pan with a lid and sweat the pollock for a short time.
