- The quality of the fish is of utmost importance. When buying it, pay attention to the fact that there is no yellowness on the fish or an unpleasant smell is not felt. If the pollock is frozen, wait until it thaws naturally. Next, clean the fish and trim the fins.

Step 1
Break an egg into a container and add a couple of tablespoons of milk. Whisk the mixture.
Step 2
Dip the chopped pieces of fish in an egg, and then roll in flour, and send to fry in a pan.
Step 3
