Liver fried with mustard

To prepare this dish, you will need the following products:

- 5 tbsp. vegetable oil;

- 5 tbsp. mustard;

- 3 glasses of flour;

- 5 tbsp. butter;

- salt, pepper according to your taste.

Rinse the liver, put it on a paper towel to dry it a little, dry it. Then cut into small pieces. Pour into a deep bowl: flour, add pepper and salt, mix everything well. Put the chopped liver pieces there, roll them in the resulting mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, melt the butter. Fry the liver over medium heat until golden brown. Then add the mustard, mix thoroughly. Cook for about 10 more minutes until cooked through.

Fried liver in tomato sauce

To prepare the dish, you will need products:

- 600 g of liver;

- 5 tbsp. vegetable oil;

- 350 g of tomato juice;

- 4 tablespoons dried onions;

- 4 tablespoons lemon juice;

- 40 g of aromatic parsley;

- pepper, salt according to your taste.

Dried onions can be easily replaced with fresh ones. In this case, chop it, put it in a pan with the liver and fry everything together.

Wash the liver thoroughly, dry it a little. Cut into small pieces. Rinse the greens, chop finely. Heat the oil a little in a skillet, put the chopped liver there, add the chopped parsley, sprinkle everything with lemon juice.

Stir well, fry until golden brown. Then add the onion there, gently pour in the tomato juice, stir. Season with pepper and salt. Simmer for 25 minutes over low heat until cooked through.

Stroganoff fried liver

To prepare the liver, you will need products:

- 650 g of fresh liver;

- 4 glasses of low-fat sour cream;

- 3 tbsp. flour;

- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil;

- 4 medium onions;

- 3 tbsp. tomato paste;

- a bunch of fragrant greens;

- pepper, salt according to your taste.

Flush out the liver. Cut it into small pieces. Pour oil into a frying pan, heat it, put the chopped liver. Season it with pepper and salt. In a separate skillet, fry the flour until tender, creamy.

Then sprinkle the liver with the resulting flour, stir, add separately browned onion (peel and finely chop it beforehand). Add sour cream, chopped herbs and tomato paste to all the ingredients.

Stir, bring to a full boil. Simmer everything over low heat, about 15 minutes.

Fried liver in white wine sauce

To prepare this dish, you will need the following products:

- 600 g of fresh liver;

- 150 ml of white wine;

- 3 tbsp. butter;

- 3 tbsp. cognac;

- 3 red onions;

- 4 cloves of garlic;

- 2 tbsp. olive oil;

- 0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper;

- 1, 5 tsp salt;

- a bunch of fragrant parsley.

To make the liver tender and light, cut it into 1 cm thick slices.

Rinse the parsley and chop finely. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, fry it in a pan with butter until transparent.

Peel the garlic, chop it, pour it over the onion, fry for another 3 minutes. Then salt and season with pepper. Pour in the wine, evaporate it completely and add half the chopped parsley. Stir everything thoroughly, remove the prepared sauce from the stove.

Rinse the liver, dry it. Cut it into small strips. Melt the butter in a skillet, then pour in the olive oil. Put the liver there, salt, season with pepper and fry on both sides for 3 minutes.

Add cognac to the liver, mix well and simmer for another 1 minute. Before serving, pour the sauce over the dish and sprinkle with the remaining parsley.
