Pour the flour into a suitable bowl, bread each piece of fish in it and send it to fry in a frying pan well-heated with vegetable oil. It is necessary to fry the fish until a beautiful golden crust is formed on both sides.

Next, you can send the onions directly to the skillet with the fish and fry for a few minutes. But it is better to fry it until golden brown separately from the fish, but in the same pan where the pollock was fried.
