Pork recipe in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

- 1, 3 kg of pork loin;

- 3 cloves of garlic;

- 1 tsp each dried thyme, basil and rosemary;

- 10 peas of black pepper;

- 0.5 tsp salt;

- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;

- 3/4 Art. water.

For flavor and health, you can add some grated ginger root to the pork marinate mixture. This will make the meat even juicier and more flavorful and will help the digestion of heavy foods.

Wash the meat thoroughly, dry it with a paper towel, cut off the veins and films if necessary. Peel the garlic cloves and toss them into the blender bowl along with the peppercorns, other spices, and salt. Grind these foods until smooth, transfer to a bowl and mix with vegetable oil using a spoon.

Place the pork on a cutting board, rub it with the cooked marinade mixture and leave to soak for at least 1.5 hours at room temperature. If you marinate food for more than 3 hours or from evening to morning, place the meat in a container and place it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

Turn on the multicooker in the "Fry" or "Bake" mode and fry the pork piece for 10 minutes on each side, covering it with a golden brown crust. Then switch the cooking program to "Stew", add water to the meat and close it with the lid, leaving the pressure valve open. Cook the boiled pork for 50 minutes. After that, let it cool slightly and cut into large chunks.

Ingredients:

- 1 kg of pork neck;

- 1 medium carrot;

- 1 large head of garlic;

- 0.5 tsp ground black pepper;

- 1 tsp without a slide of salt;

- 3 sprigs of parsley or celery.

Prepare the pork. Cut the carrots into cubes, cut the peeled garlic cloves in half. Make deep cuts all over the meat and place the pieces of vegetables in them. Make sure that the piece is packed evenly. Rub the surface of the future boiled pork with pepper and salt, put it in a multicooker container and bake in the "Meat" mode, setting the timer for half an hour.

Do not pour out the meat juice formed during frying or baking, it can be used to make a sauce or simply pour over the chopped pork before serving.

Open the lid and wait 10-15 minutes for the meat to cool slightly, otherwise it will fall apart when removed. Remove it with a wide spatula, place it on a thick-bottomed dish, chop and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
