Pork ribs with buckwheat porridge is an unusual, healthy and very nutritious dish. Buckwheat goes well with any meat; during cooking, they give each other all the best. It doesn't take a lot of time and effort to cook this dish in a multicooker - you just need to add all the necessary ingredients and wait until a wonderful dinner is ready.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of pork ribs;
- - 1 glass of buckwheat;
- - 2 glasses of water;
- - 1 head of onion;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- - salt and spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Add sunflower oil to the multicooker bowl, put the pork ribs in it and fry them for 15 minutes on each side in the "Frying" or "Baking" mode.
Step 2
While the ribs are fried, rinse the buckwheat, finely chop the onion and rub the carrots on a medium grater.
Step 3
Add buckwheat and chopped vegetables to the fried pork ribs, salt and season with spices to your liking.
Step 4
Fill the entire contents with two glasses of water, stir, close the lid of the multicooker and switch it to the Buckwheat program.
Step 5
The finished dish turns out to be incredibly tasty, satisfying and aromatic. If desired, buckwheat can be sprinkled with chopped green onions or other herbs.
