This dish will make a good hot snack, it is suitable for those who allow themselves to pamper themselves with seafood during the fast. If you do not like seafood, then you just need to exclude them from this recipe, and double the amount of mushrooms.

It is necessary

  • - 300 g seafood;
  • - 200 g of white cabbage;
  • - 200 g of shiitake or champignons;
  • - 2 onions, 1 carrot;
  • - 1 glass of flour;
  • - 1/2 glass of water;
  • - 1 cm of ginger root;
  • - 1 st. a spoonful of olive oil, lemon juice;
  • - salt, red pepper, oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Sift flour into a deep bowl, add salt, gradually pour in water and knead a hard dough. Add olive oil, knead well again, set the dough aside for 40 minutes, cover the bowl with a towel.

Step 2

Prepare the filling. Peel and finely chop the filling, grate the carrots, fry the vegetables together until tender. Chop the cabbage into thin, short strips.

Step 3

Fry the seafood platter in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and lemon juice, transfer to a plate and let cool. When the seafood has cooled, cut it into small pieces.

Step 4

Cut the mushroom caps into strips, fry in vegetable oil with the addition of soy sauce for 3 minutes. Combine mushrooms with seafood, cabbage, fried onions and carrots. Add the grated ginger root, salt and pepper to taste - the filling should be quite spicy.

Step 5

Cut small pieces from the dough, roll them out on a table sprinkled with flour to make thin cakes. Place 1 tablespoon of the filling on each tortilla, gently pinch the edges. The shape can be any, but the appetizer in the form of tubes looks more beautiful.

Step 6

Fry the prepared "Tubules" with vegetables and seafood in heated vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side. Serve hot, sprinkled with soy sauce, or by themselves.
